The club's fitness and injury prevention coaches are hosting FREE intra season conditioning classes for U13+ Academy players.
Clinic purpose- fitness session for players for learning and conditioning. The intention is that the players conduct fitness workouts on their own with the guidelines and exercises of the ASA program. The Fitness staff will run the players through workouts and teach them the various ‘at-home’ moves.
Each Academy player is expected to:
Set fitness goals based on their coach’s feedback and personal competitive development
Train on their own several times a week
Understand the core components of a fitness program:
Pacing and Endurance
Strength and Injury Prevention
