Ball Mastery Classes PreK - K
What is Ball Mastery?
The Ball Mastery PreK—K program is offered fall and spring season and designed to expose young players to the structure and learning environment set by professional coaches. This creates the opportunity for players to enhance their soccer knowledge and skills while building a solid technical foundation and love for the game.
The primary objective of Ball Mastery is to create a learning environment that is both productive and fun. We strive to set a framework for our young players to learn how to train and follow directions while having fun learning the game. We believe this will help prepare our youngest players for long-term involvement in the sport. Our focus is to improve general coordination and body awareness, improve individual ball control and dribbling skills, introduce basic passing concepts and foster creativity.

Ball Mastery sessions are offered in the fall and spring of each year (coinciding with the Rec soccer seasons).
Hour-long training sessions will take place once a week for six weeks (for the pre-season ball mastery session the schedule is five training sessions over three weeks). It is highly recommended that kids in the ball mastery program also play on a Recreational Soccer team to continue building skills and gaining game experience. The Ball Mastery practice should not interfere with a player’s weekly Rec team practice.
