Summer Advanced Evening Camp

 Advanced Evening Camps
Ages 8-15

These camps provide the most motivated players an opportunity to focus on specific training topics that fit into the clubs curriculum for a week of intense development. The camp topics will be "Striker & Goalkeeper" and "Technical Training" which are specifically designed to improve players overall ability and confidence to finishes chances on goal, shot stopping and isolating individual technique required to play a possession style game.

U13 and older players will begin each evening with a 60 minute session led by our Director of Injury Prevention & Fitness, Jennifer Schwartz-Biggle (Coach Jenn). This is an opportunity for our players to participate in a calculated sport performance optimization routine over the four (4) evenings. Included in the 60 minute session will be core work, speed training, resistance training, footwork and plyometrics.
