An introduction to the ASA training curriculum

Junior Academy Program (2017-2018)
Players born in 2010 and 2011

Informational Video

This program offers a unique introduction to typical academy soccer demands for interested players. Junior Academy players are identified by ASA staff coaches and invited to participate in the program by attending ID Days, registering for the ASA recreational league, futsal skill, futsal league or participating in ASA programs during the year. The Junior Academy allows players to be trained by the ASA professional coaching staff, many of whom are current travel coaches. The Junior Academy teams will also participate in a local league and scrimmages, as available throughout the year.

This program provides players with an early introduction to the ASA Curriculum, Philosophy & Style of Play, as typically our Junior Academy players have a bit more comfort and confidence within the game. Participation in the Junior Academy does not guarantee a roster spot in the travel program.

  • Junior Academy Players train year round (fall, winter, spring)
