Summer Fitness & Conditioning Classes | Save the Dates!

The club's fitness and injury prevention coaches are hosting FREE intra season conditioning classes for U13+ Academy players.

  • Dates | 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19
  • Times | TBD
  • Location | Witter Field

Clinic purpose- fitness session for players for learning and conditioning.  The intention is that the players conduct fitness workouts on their own with the guidelines and exercises of the ASA program. The Fitness staff will run the players through workouts and teach them the various ‘at-home’ moves.

Each Academy player is expected to:

  • Set fitness goals based on their coach’s feedback and personal competitive development

  • Train on their own several times a week

  • Understand the core components of a fitness program:

    • Interval Training

    • Flexibility

    • Pacing and Endurance

    • Power

    • Agility

    • Strength and Injury Prevention

Personal Training is available in the following areas for an additional cost

  • Quickness and Speed Development
  • Injury Rehab and Prevention
  • Overall Strength
