Brian is a former high school and collegiate soccer player with experience coaching at both the high school and club levels. He previously coached high school boys’ soccer in New Jersey and has spent the past five years coaching girls’ teams throughout the DMV area. Brian currently serves as the Assistant Girls’ JV Soccer Coach at Meridian High School and holds a US Soccer D License.
Brian is passionate about long-term player development and creating a positive, challenging, and competitive learning environment. His approach prioritizes technical growth, tactical understanding, and athletic development, while helping players build confidence on the ball and think critically in game situations. Brian emphasizes a team-first mentality, encouraging players to work collectively and support one another, and places a strong focus on respect—for teammates, opponents, and officials—as a foundational part of the program.
