Stepping up your game
ASA offers a variety of female (and those who identify as female) only training opportunities throughout the year. These opportunities range from organized pick up to practice sessions. The programs are open to ages 19+ and all skill levels are welcome.
Participants should come prepared to exercise, connect with others, form community, move, laugh and practice soccer skills!

We are thrilled to offer our first ever advanced clinic with a specific focus on 1v1 attacking. “Advanced” does NOT mean you should be a professional. If you have attended several of Coach Lauren’s training sessions, play in the 7v7 league, or play soccer elsewhere and feel somewhat comfortable with a soccer ball at your feet, this clinic is for you!
If you are brand new to soccer, we recommend signing up for the Women’s Training program to get a hang of some basics first.
The 1v1 clinic is open to women ages 19+. Please bring a soccer ball (if you have one) and a great attitude!

We offer two options for training and play. You can register for both if interested! The training sessions are structured and focus on a technical skill or tactical nuance with a cognitive challenge or leadership opportunity built in. Coach Lauren leads these sessions with input from the group.
The pickup sessions offer an hour of free play opportunity. Games will likely be small sided, such as 7v7 or 9v9. ASA provides field space and cones / goals / pinnies.
