AGP focuses on individual and small group development drills to increase kids' technical skills and understanding of the game.

3rd — 6th grade

The Alexandria Growth Program (AGP) bridges the experience between the Recreational League and Academy programs for 3rd – 6th graders. The AGP is for players interested in trying out for the Academy in the future OR for kids looking for an extra practice + game per week in a structured environment with professional coaches.

Participants are grouped into teams that will compete against Rec+ teams from other clubs in the area. There will be 7 games per season!

Projected field locations for practices are GW Middle School and / or Simpson Field.

Wednesday Practices

  • 5:00-6:00pm | Boys 3rd & 4th Grade
  • 6:00-7:00pm | Boys 5th & 6th Grade + Girls 3rd-6th Grade
 

Thursday Practices

  • 5:00-6:00pm | Boys 5th & 6th Grade + Girls 3rd-6th Grade
  • 6:00-7:00pm | Boys 3rd & 4th Grade
  

Games: Sundays, September 8 – October 27. All games located in Alexandria and Washington DC. All teams will play in Scrimmagefest on November 3rd to wrap up the season!

Please note that one game and one practice may be cancelled per season due to weather. If more than one game or one practice is cancelled due to weather we will attempt to provide makeup dates

AGP Refund Policy: ASA will process refund requests before the first game or session of the season. You will receive the amount you paid minus a $15 administrative fee (to cover credit card fees, administrative and software costs). No refunds will be given after the first weekend of games has been played or first session has taken place.
