Matt Paranczak

Coach Matt was born in 1996 in Wilmington, Delaware. He's built a coaching career through a strong passion for teaching the game, leadership, organization, and helping athletes grow both on and off the field. Since 2019 when he began coaching, he's worked with players of all ages and stages, focusing on both the individual player, the team, and meeting their needs. His goal is always to create an age/stage appropriate environment that is both fun and challenging to help players develop as individuals and help the team as a collective reach their goals.

Coach Matt's background coaching in both the MLS Next and ECNL environments has both prepared and taught him the importance of structure, hard work, discipline, and organization in planning, teaching and leading the environment. He enjoys coaching because it allows him to make a lasting impact, teach valuable life lessons, and watch players improve through dedication and effort. Seeing athletes gain confidence, reach their goals, and enjoy the game is what makes coaching so rewarding to him.
