Milos Stefanovic

Originally from Serbia, Coach Milos has been connected to the game from an early age. He developed through a professional club academy in his hometown, building a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of the game. He went on to captain both his high school and university teams, demonstrating leadership, commitment, and a team-first mentality. He currently continues his playing career with the ASA Men’s Futsal team, maintaining his involvement in a competitive environment.

Coach Milos has been coaching with ASA for the past two years, working with multiple teams across various age groups and competitions. During this time, his teams have achieved consistent success, including multiple tournament victories. While team results are important, he places a strong emphasis on individual player development—ensuring each player’s needs are met while fostering a positive, challenging, and supportive environment.

His passion for the game is at the center of his coaching philosophy. Coach Milos takes pride in sharing his knowledge and love for soccer with the next generation. For him, the most rewarding moments come when players are eager to stay after sessions—asking questions, seeking feedback, and showing a genuine desire to improve. Creating an environment where players are excited to return, learn, and grow is what makes coaching truly fulfilling for him.

Outside of coaching, Coach Milos remains deeply connected to the game—whether playing, watching the Premier League, studying interviews with top coaches and players, or reading about soccer. In his free time, he also enjoys grilling with friends, which often ends up somehow involving a soccer ball as well.
