Adem Gokturk

As Academy Director at ASA Adem oversees all aspects of the Academy program which includes coaching support, league and tournament planning, player placement, scheduling logistics, administrative support, player registration and team manager support. He works closely with Academy coaching staff and team managers in order to ensure that participants are provided a fun, challenging, dynamic and progressive learning environment.

Adem joined ASA in May 2020 with the goal of continuing to build and improve upon the "Gold Standard" of Academy programming with a focus on player outcomes of teamwork, coachability, resiliency, humility and self confidence.

Prior to working at ASA, Adem was the Boys Soccer Director at the Player Progression Academy (PPA). He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and IT. He currently holds his USSF 'B' Coaching License and coaches a girls Academy team. When he is not coaching, playing or watching soccer he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and pup or golfing.
