Cindy Lopez

As the Recreation Director for ASA, Cindy oversees the planning and day-to-day operations of the Recreation League program. From team creation and coordinating practice and game days to managing logistics across fields around the city of Alexandria, Cindy is dedicated to making sure the Rec League runs smoothly for players, volunteer coaches, and families alike.

Cindy joined ASA in 2016 as the Club Administrator before transitioning into the Recreation Director role. With a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for the community she grew up in, Cindy works closely with staff and volunteer coaches to keep the Rec program organized, accessible, and fun. She is committed to continuously improving and strengthening ASA's recreation programs for the seasons ahead and the community.

Prior to joining ASA, Cindy was an Afterschool Program Coordinator at a local non-profit in the city of Alexandria.

In her free time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her wife and their two dogs, Mylo and Stella, and their cat, Junie.
