Paul Scheland
Program Manager
In his role as Program Manager, Paul leads camp programming for ASA. In addition to his camp manager role, Paul coaches in the Academy, provides support to the Recreation League, the club Operations team, and is the Head Coach for the Alexandria Reds UPSL team.
Prior to working at ASA, Paul graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and stayed in the Madison area working as the Assistant Director of Soccer Operations for USL League One team, Forward Madison FC. At the end of 2024, Paul returned to ASA to work for the club he had played for throughout high school. While playing for ASA as a teenager, Paul worked as a Junior Academy coach and a site manager for the club’s tournaments.
Currently, Paul is working to complete his USSF ‘B’ License. When he is not coaching, he can be found watching soccer (he is a shareholder of Manchester United and an avid fan).
