Ryan Rich
Technical Director
In his role as Technical Director, Ryans leads curriculum development, guides and mentors coaches, and helps ensure that all participants are in competitively appropriate environments.
Ryan is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a Master's in Education from the University of Virginia. During his time at Princeton, he played on the men's soccer team, earning All-Ivy honors. He has over 20 years of coaching experience and holds his US Soccer ‘B’ License and several other certifications, including the National Youth License, USC Director of Coaching Diploma, and Club Technical Leadership License. His prior work experience includes serving as the Executive Director of National Capital Soccer League (NCSL) and as a classroom teacher in both Arlington Public Schools and Alexandria City Public Schools.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Pam, and son, Maddox.
