Working with the ball at game speed to get out of your comfort zone
This supplementary program, offered on Saturdays, is a great way for Academy players to get extra touches on the ball in a very technical environment that is different from their weekly team training sessions.
The goal is to push players out of their comfort zones and as a result, they are able to act instinctually on the field to elude pressure or beat a defender for a goal-scoring opportunity.

REFUND POLICY: ASA will process refund requests before the first session of the season. You will receive the amount you paid minus a $15 administrative fee (to cover credit card fees, administrative and software costs). No refunds will be given after the first session has taken place.
Striking & Goalkeeping
Goalkeeper coaches will focus on technical drills for the first 20 min and then will add in the tactical understanding (during live play). Coaches will teach the keepers how to position themselves when a striker is attacking in a breakaway situation or striking from distance. Much of goalkeeping is based on angles and body position while in goal!
