Michael Gaines

Coach Michael grew up in Oxon Hill, MD and played locally in the DC United Academy through middle and high school. He recently finished his four-year collegiate career at Penn State University where he was a part of the 2021 Big Ten Men's regular season and Big Ten tournament championship teams while also making three NCAA Tournament appearances. This is his first year coaching full time and Coach Michael is excited to be a part of a growing club in the DMV.
