Participants should come prepared to exercise, connect with others, form community, move, laugh and practice soccer skills!

Movement in Science Stretch Method Class (60 minutes)

Come join us to learn about the Movement In Science Stretch Method, a self-guided mobility and stretching program created to enhance flexibility, mobility, and body awareness in a pain-free, non-competitive way. Unlike conventional stretching approaches, the Movement In Science Stretch Method emphasizes flowing movements that engage entire chains of muscles and fascia, coordinating breath with gentle, oscillating motions for faster, more effective outcomes. Learn techniques you can use before and after you play to help prevent injuries and recover after playing soccer and working out.

Led by Kendra Pena-Collazo, Founder of Movement in Science, this session will be interactive and fun. Please bring a yoga mat.

Join us at 5:30p.m. for the stretch class, then we will move to Piece Out to watch the NWSL Final.

Sponsored by Movement in Science, ASA, and Revolution Fitness.
