Training cones and an agility ladder are all you need for a great off-season workout. We like these cones because they’re flexible, meaning that when your kid steps on them (which they 100% will) they won’t break immediately. While we’re pretty adamant about parents sticking to their supportive parenting role and not coaching on the sidelines we thought we’d include our favorite tactical board. The position magnets come with numbers on them AND it’s a dry erase board. This is a great opportunity for your kid to finally teach you the position numbers!
It seems like lots of kids are using Popsockets these days so why not get one with a soccer ball design? (Popsockets are the little doodads you’ve seen on the back of kids phones to provide a secure grip—we had to look this up). These rainbow socks are just fun and would make a great stocking stuffer. This ornament is one of the classier options we found although if you’re looking for something more tacky or engraved with a name there are lots of options out there!
This silver plated cleat money bank is too cute. Our only complaint is that it’s named “New Baby, Christening Boys Present.” Baby girls love tiny cleat money banks too!
You can order a life size wall decal of almost any player or logo you can imagine. Reasonably priced, this would be and fun gift and easy to ship. We have a limited number of ASA beanies for sale this holiday season and our staff is in agreement that these are the best hats we’ve ever had.

We did a solid amount of research on rebounders and nets. We honestly believe that a gym wall works just fine for getting touches but if you’re in the market, we’re fans of this SKLZ Trainer. The multiple levels means it can be either a passing trainer or a volley trainer and it’s portable.
A couple more “net options!” The angle of the small rebounder above can be adjusted meaning it would work for either passing or volleys. (For what it’s worth one of our staff members logged hundreds of hours on that thing two decades ago so we’d rate it as very reliable—and it’s on sale for $37.99!).
The tiny goals measure just 9×20 inches making them perfect for small sided family soccer games over the holidays.
You may know that we’re BIG fans of soccer tennis over here. This net is all you need for hours of fun.
We’ve recently learned about a game called Futchi. We haven’t played yet but we’re positive we’re going to love it and if nothing else it looks ideal for getting touches on the ball and working on agility.
This list wouldn’t be complete without a few books, games and movies. Let’s start with the classic, “Air Bud: World Pup.” The review tells us that “Air Bud: World Pup” is loaded with laughs and cool soccer action as Buddy teams up alongside U.S. Women’s soccer greats Brandi Chastain, Briana Scurry and Tisha Venturini. What’s not to love?!
Next up, Gracie Bowen is your average, ordinary 15-year-old girl, who’s determined to play varsity soccer on the boys’ team. We’re intrigued.
