Ryan Rich

Ryan has been coaching soccer in the DMV for almost two decades. He's worked with ages U9-U19, both boys and girls. In addition to coaching in the Academy program he works full time as ASA's Academy Technical Director. In this role he leads curriculum development, guides and mentors coaches, and helps ensure that all participants are in competitively appropriate environments. He believes in developing smart athletes with great tactical knowledge and decision making abilities that set them apart from the competition.
