Make Yourself Uncomfortable — Summer Training

During summer the Injury Prevention and Fitness program can guide players who desire to take an active role in their performance and have a willingness to train outside of their comfort zone. There are always opportunities for players to improve their performance within a team environment — we do this within our curriculum year round. However, the ASA summer training also provides the opportunity for players to improve mental training, physical fitness training, and flexibility training. This makes summer especially exciting for those players.
