Claudia Hammond

Coach Claudia has been coaching with ASA since Fall 2021. She has been coaching soccer locally in DC for over two years and was a founding coach of Brookland FC. She currently plays on the ASA women's pro team. Claudia played collegiate soccer at Johns Hopkins University and ran collegiately at University of Miami and University of South Carolina. A native of Dallas, Texas, she played competitively for numerous club for over ten years, including Dallas Texans ECNL and Solar ECNL. In 2015, she graduated from the Hockaday School, where she was the captain of the varsity team for two years and received all-state and all-regional honors. She holds a masters degree in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelors degree in International Studies from the University of Miami.
