Marco Vinicio Perez

Coach Marco started playing soccer at the early age of 4 years old. He played for many local clubs and school where he grew up in Guatemala City. At the age of seven he discovered a passion for futsal as well and signed up for tournaments. After moving to the U.S. he continued playing soccer and became part of Arlington Soccer Association’s academy. During his time there he was also able to continue participating in futsal tournaments. For the past four seasons Marco has coached in ASA’s Junior Academy and Ball Mastery programs. Last winter he also coached the 2013 and 2014 ASA Futsal ID Boys Blue teams. The reason he loves coaching is because he gets to share his love for the game as well as help kids become a better version of themselves on and off the pitch. Every season is an opportunity to learn and create a supportive group where the kids feel comfortable and excited to play the game.
