Ryan Rich

In his role as Technical Director, Ryans leads curriculum development, guides and mentors coaches, and helps ensure that all participants are in competitively appropriate environments.

Ryan is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a Master's in Education from the University of Virginia. During his time at Princeton, he played on the men's soccer team, earning All-Ivy honors. He has over 15 years of coaching experience and holds his US Soccer ‘B’ License and several other certifications, including his National Youth License and USC Director of Coaching Diploma.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Pam, and son, Maddox.
