MLS Next Administrator & Coach
With more than a decade of coaching experience, Coach Damar brings professional experience, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to player development to the MLS NEXT Academy. He holds a United States Soccer Federation A-Youth License and previously spent two seasons coaching with Loudoun United FC in the USL Championship.
Coach Damar has extensive experience within both the U.S. Soccer Development Academy and MLS NEXT environments. Over the past two seasons, he has continued to expand his leadership within the Academy while developing intelligent, brave, relentless, and disciplined players.
While highly competitive and driven to win, Coach Damar believes long-term development is the foundation of a successful academy. His goal is to prepare players for college, professional opportunities, and success beyond soccer by emphasizing technical and tactical growth, elite habits, character, accountability, education, and leadership.
