With nearly a decade of coaching experience under his belt, Coach Damar brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for soccer development to our MLS NEXT Academy. Holding a United States Soccer Federation B License, Coach Damar is on a journey to continually improve and reach the pinnacle of coaching. His professional coaching journey includes two impactful years with Loudoun United in the USL Championship, where he honed his craft at the highest level. Coach Damar firmly believes that by prioritizing player and team development, we can produce world-class talent right here in the DMV area. With experience in Development Academy and MLS NEXT coaching, he's committed to preparing our players for success on and off the field. While he's driven to win championships and trophies, he understands that true success lies in preparing players for the long game—college scholarships, professional contracts, and beyond. With a holistic approach, Coach Damar prioritizes building amazing people both on and off the field. He cares deeply about every aspect of the players' lives, from their education to their personal growth. By helping them become outstanding individuals, he believes they can achieve their full potential in soccer and beyond.
